A more flexible stock rule
A few details help explain this feature. Relaxed Spider on dlwewin.com permits stock deals while columns are empty. The game still uses 104 cards in ten columns. Choose one suit, two suits or four suits using the game controls. The objective remains eight complete same-suit King-to-Ace runs.
The relaxed difference
Here are the details for this mode. A stock card dealt to an empty column becomes that column's first face-up card. The relaxed stock rule does not change the rank requirement for ordinary moves. The relaxed stock rule does not allow mixed-suit groups to move together. An empty column no longer prevents a stock deal in this variant.
Ten columns and a stock
The following details apply here. Only the bottom card of each opening column is face up. The opening tableau contains 54 cards. The first four columns have six cards each and the remaining six have five. The stock contains fifty cards for five later deals.
Descending rank placement
An exposed card may land on another exposed card exactly one rank higher. An Ace cannot receive a lower-ranked card. The two cards do not need to share a suit for a single-card placement. A King needs an empty destination because no rank is higher.
