A number for your shuffle

A few details help explain this feature. Numbered Deals lets you choose a reproducible Spider starting layout on dlwewin.com. The number and suit setting together identify the starting shuffle. Enter a whole deal number between 1 and 4294967295. Select one suit, two suits or four suits before loading the deal.

Load a chosen number

The following details apply here. Loading a different number can replace progress saved for the same mode and suit setting. The Deal number field accepts positive whole numbers within the displayed range. An active unfinished game asks for confirmation before loading another selection. Load deal applies the number and suit setting in the controls.

Number and suits belong together

Keep these points in mind. The same deal number and suit setting produce the same opening cards with this game's shuffle algorithm. A deal number identifies a starting layout rather than a saved position halfway through play. Changing the suit setting changes the deck used to create the deal. Move choices after the opening are entirely up to the player.

Copy the deal link

Keep these points in mind. Sharing a link does not transfer another player's move history or statistics. When automatic copying is unavailable, the game displays a selectable link field. Copy deal link includes the selected number and suit setting in the page's link fragment. A shared numbered link opens the corresponding starting deal or matching local progress.

Collect eight sequences

A few details help explain this feature. Numbered Spider uses 104 cards arranged in ten columns with a stock pile. Win by completing eight same-suit King-to-Ace sequences. A full descending sequence containing different suits stays on the tableau. A qualifying face-up run is removed automatically.

Keep movable groups together

The following details apply here. The destination card may belong to another suit in standard Spider. A descending same-suit group can move together as one unit. Any legal movable group may enter an empty column. An exposed card can move onto a card exactly one rank higher.

The stock requirement

Keep these points in mind. Undo can restore the position before a stock deal while the snapshot is available. Each stock deal adds one card to each of the ten columns. Fill every empty column before using the stock. Five stock deals are available at the beginning of a numbered game.

Explore one layout

Replay resets the current number to its original shuffle. New game chooses another deal number for the current suit setting. The current number remains visible beside the game controls. Comparing different openings on one number can help you study your own decisions.

A reproducible deal is not a proof

Keep these points in mind. The Hint button reports legal options rather than solving the whole game. Some choices can make a position harder even when another line might succeed. Numbered shuffles are not advertised as guaranteed winnable. Winning Deals provides a separate collection with verified legal solutions.

Save your numbered game

The following details apply here. A matching saved game resumes when you revisit its number. Use Privacy & Cookie Settings to manage or clear local records on this domain. With saving enabled, Numbered Deals keeps a current game for each suit setting in this browser. My Statistics lists numbered starts and wins separately from ordinary Spider games.
